I'm a Data Scientist at Sunrise (Telecommunications), mainly working on helping the business answer causal questions (e.g. evaluation of marketing campaigns, better targeting of customers). I finished my PhD at the University of St. Gallen (supervisor Prof. Michael Lechner) with a summa cum laude in 2025. My research focused on causal machine learning and applied econometrics in the field of labor and health economics. In my spare time, I like to do sports, such as climbing, skiing or hiking, and reading.
